Destription
Uvalam ACRYLIC #242 is clear & transparent, two component (20:1), room temperature curing, laminating-purpose acrylic lamination adhesive.
The lamination layer /Gap filling (1mm to 8mm) is of high clarity, high strength and resistance to the effects of weathering and aging.
Recommendation
ACRYLIC #242 is especially formulated for acrylic lamination for below application:
1/ Decoration purpose
such as laminating flower, bamboo, textile and other decoration materials bewtween two pcs of acrylic sheet.
2/ Lamination of thin sheet to thick sheet
The thick acrylic sheet, such as 30cm to 100cm, is very expensive and long producing time needed.
It will be much cheaper and short time need to produce yourself for thick acrylic sheet under the help of AL-242 through lamination.

3/ Special innovative project - thick gap filling needed, high transparency for cured adhesive, high bonding strength.
Adhesive Properties and Characteristics
Color: Clear and transparent;
Viscosity: A -150 - 200 cP; B- water thin,
Gravity: 1.03 ± 0.05;
Working Time: 60 minutes to 90 minutes at 25℃
Curing time: 3-6 hours fixture
Full curing: 24 hours.

Storage Condition
Store this product in a cool (10℃ to 20℃) and dry place.
Storage near the ceiling in non air-conditioned warehouses is not recommended.
Keep away from sources of heat, open flame, sparks and sunlight.
Shelf life:
One year in tightly sealed drum.
Shelf life will be reduced at higher temperatures.
