General Description
UVALAM PU-0760 is is a two-component 1:1, fast curing PU (polyurethane) structure adhesive.
UVALAM PU-0760 is with very high mechanical performances for structure bonding of composites, thermoplastics, metal, wood, concrete, fibrocement, etc.
• Thixotropic (Non-sag).
• Very fast cure at room temperature.
• Good resistance to temperature, humidity and weathering.
• Very high mechanical resistance.
UVALAM GP-0416 is supplied in 50ml or 400ml side-by-side 1:1 cartridge.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces must be dry, degreased and dust free.
The treatment may be varied according the substrate (paper sanding, degreasing, Corona treatment, etc.)
APPLICATION:
1. Apply mixed PU directly to one surface in an even film or as a bead.
2. Assemble with mating part within recommended working time.
3. Apply firm pressure between mating parts to minimize any gap and ensure good contact (a small fillet should flow out the edges to display adequate gap fill)
Effect of Temperature:
Application of adhesive at temperatures between 65°F (18°C) and 85°F (30°C) will ensure proper cure. Temperatures below 65°F (18°C) or above 85°F (30°C) will slow down or increase cure rate significantly. Temperature affects viscosity of Parts A and B of this adhesive. To ensure
consistent dispensing in meter-mix equipment, adhesive and activator temperatures should be held reasonably constant throughout the year. Adhesive in cured state behaves differently at elevated and low temperatures.
Storage & Shelf life:
The shelf life of PU-0760 stored at 10OC-30OC is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Store the unopened product in a cool, dry, well ventilated location away from sources of heat. Optimal storage temperatures should range between 10 OC and 30 OC .
Product removed from the containers during use should not be returned to original containers in order to avoid potential contamination.
